Abdul Jalil Mudaqeq works as an Attorney at Rahjoyan Adalat Law Firm LLC. Mr. Mudaqeq advises international clients regarding business registration, closure, dissolution, and transfer of shares. Mr. Mudaqeq also assists national and international clients on drafting contracts and represent them before different government agencies.

He has extensive experience in advising clients both in national and international level in setting up a not-for-profit entity. He has previously worked with both private and public sectors of the country as a legal advisor. 

Mr. Mudaqeq holds Bachelor’s degree in Sharia Law from Nangerhar University and participated in the legal practice trainings of the International Law Foundation – Afghanistan (ILF-A) where he was practically trained.
